Returns & Exchanges

At Makera, we provide a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all electronic devices to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Makera account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, ensuring you include a printed copy of your RMA form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Makera

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
